What criteria do you use to select your tutors?
All Stride tutors must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Currently reside in the US
- Have a valid Social Security number
- Eligible to work in the US
- Can provide documentation verifying they are an active state-certified teacher in any US state
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in the English language
How do you ensure my child’s safety in online sessions?
Our tutors are rigorously vetted. Online sessions are secure and anonymous, and your tutor does not receive any personal information about you or your child. Tutors are only permitted to communicate with students within our platforms.
What is the tutor-to-student ratio in your tutoring sessions?
